Return Process

  Log into your Toytexx account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
